1. Who We Are and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Orlis Enterprises, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Well Placed ("Well Placed," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information through joinwellplaced.com and our related services (the "Platform").
The Platform connects consumer brands ("Brands") with fitness and wellness studios ("Studios") for product seeding and brand activations. Our users are businesses and the individuals who act on their behalf. This policy applies to those individuals and to visitors to our website. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
The Platform is currently offered only in the United States.

Payment information
Stripe, Inc. processes payments. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Stripe provides us with limited information, such as card type, last four digits, expiration date, and billing details. The Stripe Privacy Policy governs Stripe's handling of your information.
Information collected automatically
When you visit or use the Platform, our service providers and we automatically collect:
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and dates and times of visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.
Information from other sources
We may collect business contact information, such as names, business emails, titles and company details, from publicly available sources. These include company websites, social media profiles and industry directories, as well as referrals from existing users and business contacts. We use this information to identify and contact businesses that may benefit from the Platform.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- create and manage accounts and review Brand and Studio applications;
- operate the Platform, including matching Brands with Studios and coordinating activation logistics and shipping;
- process subscription payments and manage billing, credits and cancellations;
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- send service communications, such as activation notices, account updates, billing receipts and policy changes;
- send marketing communications about Well Placed (see Section 7);
- generate aggregated or de-identified activation performance and feedback reports;
- analyze usage to maintain, secure and improve the Platform;
- enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud and protect the rights and safety of Well Placed, our users and others; and
- comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below.
- Between matched Brands and Studios. To make activations work, we share information between matched users. For example, a Studio's name, location, shipping address, and contact person are shared with the Brand. A Brand's name, product details, and contact information are shared with the Studio. Reviews and feedback a Studio submits may be shared with the Brand and used as described in our Terms of Service.
- Service providers. We use vendors that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-use obligations. They include Supabase (database and hosting), WeWeb (application platform), Stripe (payments), and Google (analytics), as well as email delivery and other operational providers.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Well Placed, our users, or others, or to enforce our agreements.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Well Placed business to an affiliated or successor entity. Any recipient will be bound by this policy or one at least as protective.
- With your direction or consent. We share information when you direct us to or consent.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify any individual.
5. Studio Member Data
Well Placed does not collect personal information about Studio Members (studio customers or class attendees). Activation results and feedback we receive about Members are anonymous and aggregated. Each Studio controls its own Member relationships and is responsible for its own privacy practices, and for any Member information it collects.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Platform and understand how it is used.
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and approximate location derived from IP address. Google processes this information under its own policies; see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from working. Our Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. Marketing Communications
We may send emails about Well Placed's services, updates, and offers to users and to business contacts we believe may be interested in the Platform. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out by emailing hello@joinwellplaced.com. We process opt-outs within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing does not stop service communications related to your account.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information while your account is active and for twelve (12) months after it closes. This lets us resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, including the non-circumvention provisions, and keep records of activations. After that period, we delete or de-identify the information, with two exceptions:
- records we must keep longer for legal, tax, accounting or regulatory purposes, such as payment and transaction records; and
- information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, until the matter is resolved.
De-identified and aggregated information may be kept indefinitely.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and the security measures of our hosting and payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Please notify us at hello@joinwellplaced.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
10. Your Choices and Requests
You can review and update most account information in your account settings. You may also email hello@joinwellplaced.com to request that we:
- provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information; or
- delete your personal information.
We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within 45 days. We may keep information as described in Section 8, or where we have a legal obligation or legitimate business need. Deleting your information may require closing your account. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, contact us at the same address, and we will honor those rights as required by law.
11. Children
The Platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us, and we will delete it.
12. International Users
The Platform is currently offered only to businesses in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. We will update this policy before offering the Platform in other regions.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on the Platform with a new "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-Platform notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
