Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover joinwellplaced.com and the related Well Placed member portal and services (the “Platform”), operated by Orlis Enterprises, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Well Placed (“Well Placed,” “we,” “us”). The Platform is currently offered only to businesses in the United States. Contact hello@joinwellplaced.com with account or membership questions. Accounts and approval

Apply with accurate details and an email you control. You must be an adult authorized to represent your business. Applications, opportunities, product listings and Premium Sponsorship profiles may require separate review. Approval does not promise a booking, allocation or particular result. Keep account information secure and current.

Membership and launch billing

Approved studio and wellness-space access to the free Network tier has no membership charge. Paid brand memberships are monthly subscriptions in USD. There is one Brand Membership at $249/month, with no monthly event, opportunity or activation caps. Eligible approved brands enrolling before November 1, 2026 (Central Time) receive the Founders Rate of $149/month for their first four paid months, starting November 1, then $249/month. New enrollments from November 1 are $249/month. Product, shipping, content and paid partnership costs are separate; brands may set product-stock and allocation limits.

Before November 1, 2026 (Central Time), $0 is due for all orders and payments, including memberships, one-time orders, content packages, sponsorships and booking fees. Eligible approved brands may choose a plan and enter their card with no initial charge. The first membership charge begins November 1, 2026 (Central Time); the subscription renews monthly unless canceled. Checkout shows the applicable price, taxes and billing schedule.

Cancellation and refunds

Membership is month to month. You may cancel at any time through the available subscription controls or by contacting hello@joinwellplaced.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid access continues through its billing period. Membership charges are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us if you believe a billing error occurred. Separate product and partnership cancellation terms are agreed with the relevant seller or partner before booking.

Opportunities and complimentary products

Participation is optional. Brands set quantities, shipping coverage, dates and request caps; spaces apply and brands decide whether to accept. Agree the product, distribution plan, shipping and reporting expectations before participation. Complimentary products do not create an obligation to post on social media unless a separate paid agreement explicitly includes posting.

Well Placed Market

Paid Market offers must be below the brand’s stated retail price. Brands are responsible for accurate listings, stock, taxes, their checkout, payment receipt, fulfillment and product support. Paid Market checkout opens November 1, 2026 (Central Time). You pay the brand through its own checkout; Well Placed does not collect the purchase payment or act as the product seller. Check the seller’s shipping, return and refund terms before purchasing.

Premium Sponsorships and content

Only separately approved, opted-in profiles appear in the sponsorship catalog. Studios set their rates. A 10% Well Placed fee is added to the studio’s rate and shown in the brand total; do not add it twice. Agree dates, deliverables, permissions, cancellation terms and payment arrangements before confirming a booking. Paid sponsorship and content payments begin at launch. Organic content use, posting and paid advertising rights are separate permissions.

Products, rights and conduct

Brands remain responsible for product safety, legal eligibility, labeling and distribution in each destination. Do not upload unlawful, misleading or confidential third-party material. You retain ownership of submitted content and authorize Well Placed to use it to operate the service and share it with the intended participants. Public partner promotion requires separate permission. Do not misuse the service, access another account or send unwanted communications.

Availability and changes

We may update features or restrict access to protect users and address misuse. Public previews use fictional examples and do not create real orders or partnerships. The service is provided subject to availability and mandatory legal protections; nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Material membership or terms changes will be communicated before they take effect.
